How to Delay dba schedular jobs

Was stuck with a problem where I had to delay the running of dba schedular jobs without changing
the state of the jobs. A simple solution for that was to reduce the job queue processes.

Alter system
set job_queue_processes = 0;

I promise none of your jobs will be picked up :), of-course u need dba priv's to do this.

Why I prefer Google search over yahoo or bing

Well I was searching for reviews of LG television model LG-32LH60YR, it is quite new and there aren't much of traces of it on web. But still Google managed to pick whatever existed.

I tried yahoo, it atleast pointed me back to the LG site but Bing was worse, says nothing.
